If you Google “how much does it cost to build a deck” you will receive a wide variety of answers, and few of them are accurate.
Rather than having difficult conversations about budgets, we prefer to publish our pricing to be as transparent and honest as possible. This gives you the freedom to choose which options are of value to you without the anxiety of having to disclose your budget.

Kiln dried to 19% moisture content or less vs 35-75% green treated.
Will not warp and shrink like green treated wood can as it dries out which keeps the deck dimensionally accurate and straight.

Standard Deck Specs - Included on All Packages Gold-Bronze
12” On-Center Joist Framing -16” O/C is industry standard, however 12” O/C is much more solid underfoot.
Joist Tape - All deck joists and stair stringers are flashed with G-Tape to prevent rotting and will prolong the life of the deck.
Power Planed - All joists are planed to remove any crowns in the lumber to ensure a laser level finished product.
Diagonal Blocking - Installed to help minimize deck sway, and ensure maximum structural rigidity.
Code Compliant Deck Footings - We use code compliant Helical Piers, or Diamond Pier footings for all of our decks.
